Earlier Gururaj spent five years with Everstone Capital where he was investing and handling portfolio of investments based out of both Mumbai and Bangalore. Prior to that he was with ICICI Venture, the private equity arm of ICICI Bank, handling investment structuring and monitoring portfolio of investments. He has corporate and business advisory experience as well having handled treasury and corporate finance at Sonata Software and taxation and business advisory at RSM (now part of PWC). Gururaj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mysore and is a Chartered Accountant.

Earlier Raghu worked as the CFO of CIPSA TEC, one of the largest PCB manufacturers in India. Prior to that he was with RIC Ltd where he was instrumental in restructuring and turning around the loss-making business and transferring the business to CIPSA TEC. Apart from project funding and working capital management Raghu also specializes in systems and processes implementation. He has served as a member of the Committee for Members in Industry (CMII) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the year 2011. Raghu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karnataka and is a Chartered Accountant.

Vasudev worked for Ericcson and Thomson Reuters in functional as well as operational roles which include nurturing offshore centers, driving process efficiencies and establishing business controls. Prior to that he worked for GE, Sonata Software and PWC gaining experience in Financial Planning, Taxation and Audit services respectively. Vasudev holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karnataka and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost Accountant (ICWA).

Previously Navin was the CEO at Pengala, an education software platform. Prior to that he was at mChek, a mobile money startup, where he was responsible for its entire marketing and business development functions, including increasing its geographical footprint across the globe.

A seasoned telecom/FMCG professional, he has worked across firms like Airtel, Sify, HP, Vodafone & Cadbury’s. He is a management graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, an engineering graduate from IIT Madras and an ultra-marathon runner in his spare time.

Earlier Vani was providing leadership and direction in the areas of strategic finance, business partnering and financial stewardship in her role as CFO at Kalkitech, a digital transformation solutions provider for Energy and Utilities. Prior to this, Vani worked with Philips India, Motorola India, Arvind Brands and Indian Oil Corp (IOCL). She was awarded CFO of the year in 2015 in M&A category. She is a core council member of WICCI – Karnataka Startup council and is keen on nurturing entrepreneurship and mentoring aspiring women. She pursues table tennis, yoga and violin in her spare time. Vani is a Chartered Accountant and a B.Com (Hons) from Punjab University
